Make an all purpose blend of 3.5 cups. Use a spoon to scoop the flour into the bowl.
1 c brown rice flour
1 c white rice flour
2/3 c potato starch
1/3 c tapioca flour
1 TBSP Xatham gum
Can skip the above if you have a coarse all purpose flour blend just use 3.5 cups.
The recipe
3.5 cups of all purpose flour blend
1tsp baking soda
1tbsp coase salt or 2tsp table salt
1.5 cups of buttermilk or use 1tbsp of vinegar and let sit in regular milk for 5 minutes)
2 tbsps sugar
Oven on 425 degrees for 28-30 minutes. Make a large ball and flatten it. Place a large x on top before placing in the oven.
