We all have encountered failures, disappointments, and painful situations. You may have even encountered difficult situations in which you may have not had a favorable outcome. Today, I want you to know that there is hope because you are still standing. Each moment in your life is a stepping stone to you becoming and being the person God has called you to be in this moment. Your past doesn't define you but it can allow you to step into a grace-filled version of yourself. Knowing that you are gracefully and wonderfully made in His image.* Though seasons in your life may change know that God is there with you and you are not alone. He is faithful.
Recently I encountered a scripture that I have read a million times. But it resonated with me in a new way. Paul wrote the following scripture while he was in prison towards the end of his life. "I have fought the good fight. I have finished the race, I have kept the faith ( 2 Timothy 4:7)." When the enemy reminded me of my past mistakes and failures. I prayed this scripture over my past situations. My heart instantly filled with joy because God was helping me close chapters in my life that needed to close and to help me see that I hadn't failed because I have kept the faith. Those seasons may have ended but God's love and faithful is everlasting. Thereforely, I can stand boldly and confidently in Him. I may be in a new season with different challenges and opportunities, but God's faithfulness remains. No matter what, God is there in the midst. You and I are not alone. Even though we may have encounter past difficulties and challenges; God is faithful and just. If He is faithful to me. He will do the same for you. So no matter what season you find yourself in today, remember to keep fighting the fight and know that God will help each of us in our present circumstances to finished the race. We just have to keep the faith and continue to trust and follow Him.
