When people need genuine encouragement be sure to offer up kind words of encouragement.
Be a safe place for people to go to when they need someone to talk to or be a person that people can come to when they need a quiet place to regroup.
At night with your family pray for people who God puts on your heart.
Ask if a person wants prayer especially if they are seeking comfort, advice, or validation. Then, ask if they want to pray with you right now.
Share your faith on social media. Post a scripture, quote, or a picture that inspires you.
Send a music gram or a scripture to your spouse using internet sites like Youtube or apps like YouVersion to let them know you are thinking about them.
Share your faith with your kids. For example, on Wednesdays I make a point to pray and read a Bible story with my kids and discuss important details that relate. I also encourage them to make observations, share their thinking, and ask questions. It is sometimes amazing what they come up with and it's wonderful when they have opportunities to share too.
Wear clothing or jewelry that shares your faith.
Pray aloud or silently whenever you drive pass a flagpole.
Use sayings like "Bless you, God Bless You, Thank you God, God is so good, and God Bless America." These sayings can help turn a negative conversation around or point others indirectly to God.
Leave an inspiring quote, sticky note, or book on your desk, coffee table, or mirror.
Celebrate and uplift people who exemplifies Christ-like attributes or positive character traits such as celebrities, biblical figures, heroes, regular people, and political figures past and present.
