After Hours: Peace Be Still

If you are someone who doesn't fit in and it seems that no matter what you do it troubles others. I want you to know that you are not alone.

You are loved.

You are valued.

You are Seen by the God of the Universe.

You are wanted.

Use biblical stories and strategies to help you find your way, to help you soar above the clouds. To help you walk on the waves.

Jesus is the answer for everything. He is the reason for every season of your Life.

Hold fast and never let go.

Find Him wherever you go.

You can find Him wherever good things are happening.

You can find Him when you center your attention on Him and breathe.

When the fear of life overwhelms you. Be like Jesus and command the waves to BE STILL.

FIND those places in your life where your mind can stop twirling and you can easily find joy...

where you can just simply pray.

I find the most peace when I center my attention on Jesus.

It's when I'm looking at beautiful things in my garden, at church, at the beach, walking around my neighborhood, writing about anything and everything, or making art.

Sometimes with others at concerts singing and dancing off key, at baseball games, at the gym, at the grocery store, and at the pool.

I find Him wherever I go.

And yes even online.

No matter where God takes you stay in the moment and just dance like David did----just dance before The Lord.

Tips

  1. Pray...talk, write, sing, or dance it out.

  2. Use music, nature, movement, and creative art to inspire you.

  3. Use what you got to create something new.

  4. Talk to someone you trust a pastor, therapist, teacher, youth pastor, parent, peer counselor, support group, or etc.
